Information of the project
The Rural Health & Wellness Program of Guru Tatva & Life Purpose Foundation is designed to improve access to preventive and primary healthcare services for underserved rural and semi-urban communities.
Many families in these areas face challenges such as limited medical facilities, lack of awareness, and delayed diagnosis of common health conditions. This project addresses these gaps by delivering essential healthcare services directly at the community level.
Through regular health camps and Mobile Health Unit outreach, the program provides free medical check-ups, blood pressure and blood sugar screening, basic diagnostics, doctor consultations, and health counselling. Special focus is given to early identification of lifestyle-related diseases and preventive care.
The initiative emphasizes awareness, accessibility, and continuity of care. Health records are maintained for beneficiaries, referrals are provided when required, and follow-ups are encouraged to ensure sustained health outcomes.
By bringing healthcare closer to people’s homes, the Rural Health & Wellness Program works towards building healthier, informed, and resilient communities.
